[vtkusers] question about reporting bugs

There should be a more formal bug reporting procedure... Bug reports
have gone unnoticed on the mailing list.

Hello everyone..

I have been using vtk for some weeks now and have discovered some
strange 
behaviour (memory leakage). I have searched for some time to find how
and 
where one reports bugs but have not found anything.

I have noticed in the user guide that code contributions can be sent to 
kitware at kitware.com, but there is no mention of any bug reporting
procedure.

How does one go about reporting bugs?
