[vtkusers] Nightly build problem

I've downloaded and built the current nighly build using VC++ and W2K

I've recompiled and linked my working VTK program and run it but I get very
little output, non actually

My errors are

ERROR: In H:\cvsroot\vtk\VTK\Common\vtkPolyLine.cxx, line 94
vtkPolyLine (06AFC628): Coincident points in polyline...can't compute
normals


Warning: In H:\cvsroot\vtk\VTK\Graphics\vtkTubeFilter.cxx, line 194
vtkTubeFilter (0696C570): No normals for line!

whats the big difference between 4.0 and 4.2 ?
