[vtkusers] NO DATA!!!!!!!

You have to have the image data located in DATA/Headsq,
where DATA is an environment variable that points to your
VTK Data directory, and the images are stored in files named
quarter.1, quarter.2, ... quarter.93

The quarter.NN data files are on the vtk CD, and are also available on 
the web:
http://public.kitware.com/VTK/get-software.php
