Hi Joey,
Is it possible to use vtkCutter with vtkSphere as the implicit function,
and use vtkSphere->SetRadius on slider events?

I wish to do a visualization such that I am peeling away surfaces of a
sphere kind of like peeling an onion. I plan on having a slide bar
such that the radius of the sphere gets larger or smaller. Naturally,
this is done on a volume of data which is spherical in nature.

Is such a thing possible with VTK? What would be the basis of my
pipeline? Has anyone else done something similar?

Joey
