[vtkusers] About Installation

Hi,
I have used vtk with C++ for a while now and am trying to run it with Python 
and/or Tcl. I have been to use the latest vtk from kitware.com (vtk40) and 
its wrappings for the languages.
In Python I did everything as mentioned in the readme and I get an error 
which says that I have a "dll load fail for vtkcommon".
In Tcl I get an error saying that pakcage "vtk" is not found.
I installed vtk3.2 and Tcl is working with that.
I want to use the latest version and would like Python(I am a fan of this 
language) to work with it.
Can somebody help me with the setup for it.
