[vtkusers] VTK nightly: TCL support not compiling!

The nightly version from friday does compile without any problems until
I activate TCL support!
As the same scheme happened with sooner (several monthes) versions, I
just wonder if:
- someone already managed to have tcl support work on a unix platform
(it compiled fine under Win98)
- I did not miss something obvious, although I really paid attention.
