[vtkusers] How to wrap a Tcl script

Hi, 

I wrote a VTK application using Tcl/Tk. I need to send
this script to another person that does not have a Tcl
interpreter or even VTK instaled in his computer.
Can someone inform, step by step how to generate an
executable file that can run in Windows without Tcl or
VTK support?
