[vtkusers] Collapsing a polydata

Hi,
            My question is kind of weird. I have a vtkPolyData(myData)
object which is the output of vtkCutter. Say, myData represents a
circle. Now I would like to collapse this data uniformly until it falls
into a point (please refer the attached picture). Do we have any filter
in vtk which will do the task for me?
