[vtkusers] Downloading from CVS

Hey all,
  How do I download files from cvs.I want to download 
http://public.kitware.com/cgi-
bin/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/VTK/Hybrid/Testing/tcl/VRMLImporter.tcl.
Now how do I do it because it keeps saying access denied.
