[vtkusers] Error when reading image

I'm using file reader such as vtkBMPReader but I can't figure out how to
detect error on loading.

I'm making a GetOutput(). And on the vtkImageData*, i make an update. On
this update, files are loaded. But when the file format is not correct, I
can't see it and just have a empty vtkImageData.

Anyone can help?
