[vtkusers] Mouse Wheel Event in VTK ?

Hi all,

	I would like to know why there is no support of MouseWheelEvent in VTK 
? Where does the problem comes from:

* Not handle in X11 ?
* Not asked by users ?
* Not supported by python (Tkinter)?
...

	This event seems to be handle since tcl8.0.4:
