[vtkusers] classic heap limit problem

Hi all,
I'd like to use the Procrustes filter so I'm trying to upgrade to 4.2 my 
windows' VTK 4.0 installation.
Compiling my project I have the heap limit problem, and increasing it 
doesn't change anything.
I've saw this (thanks Mathieu) but I don't know what to do...
