It depends on your system. On Irix there is moviemaker or makemovie.
On Windows there is a MultiMedia-SDK. Also there is also source code/binaries
at www.mpeg.org. But maybe you have to change your ppm images to some other
format. ImageMagick is a very good tool for converting.
