[vtkusers] Share a VTK build on Mac OS X 10.2.1?

Hello,
	I have been unable to build VTK successfully using the nightly CMake 
on Mac OS X 10.2.1.  Could someone share a build (or build 
instructions) that I could use?  I would prefer if it were successfully 
Java-wrapped.
