[vtkusers] Problems building VTK on Mac OS X 10.2.1

Hi,
	I still can't build the most recent cvs snapshot of VTK on Mac OS X 
10.2.1 (or 10.1.5).  I get :-

ld: Undefined symbols:
_aglChoosePixelFormat
_aglCreateContext
_aglDescribeRenderer
_aglDestroyContext
...

Also, I can't get SimpleVTK.java to run without a "bus error". Has 
anyone had success with vtk and java?
