[vtkusers] vtkPanel.HardCopy()

When using vtkPanel.HardCopy() (CVS version) with magnification > 1, the
image gets garbled, though when magnification == 1 it is OK.

I have put the correct image (magnification == 1) on the web at

http://www.cs.ucl.ac.uk/staff/p.cook/image1.tiff


and the mangled image (magnification == 10) at

http://www.cs.ucl.ac.uk/staff/p.cook/image2.tiff

Also, when I open the tiff file, I get a warning from GIMP "TIFF
warning: resolution units meaningless".

Does HardCopy write incorrect TIFF files?

My purpose for doing this is to get screen captures at better resolution
than the 72 DPI of a screen dump.
