[vtkusers] How adjust Opacity and Color to work with CT

Hi user's !!!!

How can i set:

     SetColor

     SetScalarOpacity

     SetGradientOpacity

To work with CT imagens like pg 131 of User's Guide.

What's the value to work with air, bone and soft tissue or is better use

the vtkImageThreshold first.
