[vtkusers] Stereo Rendering Not Working Properly

When I set the eye angle in the Crystal Eyes or RedBlue Modes it works 
fine but setting the eye angle in SetStereoTypeToRight() or 
SetStereoTypeToLeft() dies not. The angular difference between the two 
view stays at the default.

On inspection of the vtk Code in vtkRenderWindow.cxx I don't find 
references to the Left and Right Modes.
