[vtkusers] Convert image data to polydata

With single component images you already essentially have the luminance so you
can just skip the vtkImageLuminance step and use the reader output

Dear Sir,
I have worked that sample.It works  fine.In that it is working for  3
components.But we have 1 component that  is dicom images. vtkImageLuminance
class SetInput function takes only 3  components.
Its giving  color image output.Actually I want Gray image  not color image.I
need to convert imagedata(read from dicom file) to  polydata.
so,please givem me suggesition for this.
