[vtkusers] SetExitMethod in 3.2

Folks,

SetExitMethod seems to not work with source code that worked in
3.1.  That is, a 'e' or a 'q' exits rather than calling the function
specifed in the SetExitMethod call.  

I realize that folks are onto 4.0 now, but does anybody have
a clue?
