[vtkusers] mouse interaction

Hi

In C++ Builder and VTK 4.0 use

    renWin = vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow::New();
    renWin->SetParentId ( Panel1->Handle );
     renWin->AddRenderer( ren1 );

     iren->SetRenderWindow( renWin );
     iren = vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor::New();

    renWin->Render();
