[vtkusers] spherebench on notebooks. a proposal

After a couple of questions I've seen in the list about VTK performance
on notebooks I had another look at the web page of the sphere bench, by
S. Barré, and to the page of the results database by R. Riviere.
I see they are almost "forgotten" (last modified more than 1 year ago,
it seems).

Well, just as a modest proposal: while VTK performance is almost
academic for workstations, now that almost every decent video card can
easily handle millions of polygons, this is not true for the graphic
chipsets on notebooks.
Except for some "high class" laptops equipped with good GPUs, on many
(most?) of the notebooks around VTK might still run "limping and
suffering".
So maybe an update of the bench results database strictly dedicated to
the notebooks' world would be no more mere "academy" but a useful tool
for VTK users to help them in the choice of the right machine for their
transportable VTK!?

On my own, as soon as I find time to test it, I could submit the results
obtained on my deknote (but I already know I won't be happy to see them.
:-) not the best of GPUs in it!).

Greetings
