[vtkusers] vtk4.0 installation

Hi,

 

I used CMake and VC++ 6.0 to install vtk4.0. I didn't find vtkdll.dll
and vtktcl.dll. Is there a way to get these DLL's generated? Also, I
tried to run Mace.tcl and I got the error message "can't find package
vtk while executing 'package require vtk'". Do I need to do something
else to get the Tcl examples running? Can I still use "catch {load
vtktcl}" in my tcl stripts?
