[vtkusers] vtk installation on pc - pls help

These are the first few sentences in the Installation section of README.html:

"The Visualization Toolkit can be built on both Unix and PC (Windows 
95/98/NT/2000) systems. VTK uses CMake for its build process. To build VTK 
for UNIX or Windows, you will first have to install CMake. You can download 
CMake from: http://www.cmake.org The following instructions assume that 
cmake is already installed."

Go to the CMake web site and to the Download section, get the Windows 
precompiled binary.  When you run the executable that you downloaded, it 
will install CMakeSetup (the application to run CMake on Windows).
