[vtkusers] The VTK Textbook "The Visualization Toolkit" status..

Aarghh! I just bought the 1998 edition!! Anyway, I paid about $55 for a used 
one at the internet. They had more used books there, but I would have waited 
until next month. By the way, it is a very good textbook.
