[vtkusers] Answers to exercies in VTK book ?

Dear VTKusers!

I found that the page  http://www.lumens.com/vtk/. (as mentioned in VTK FAQ 1.7 on http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/vtkfaq?req=all#1.7)  is unavailable, when I wanted to look for answers to some of the exercises in the VTK book. Could anybody please let me know the relevant website for these answers.
