[vtkusers] problems with VTK/Dart test data (ValidImages)

None of these link appear to be working (at least for me).

You probably should delete your vtkdata directory and recheckout the lot
just to play safe.

get cvs data from here, but replace biddi with anonymous I think and use
password anonymous probably (or blank)
biddi at www.visualizationtoolkit.org:/vtk/cvsroot

checkout vtkdata (I think no capitals) you can root around here and see
what's what

the funny size of images sounds suspicious. do a teast after getting this
lot and see if it has gone away. Most tests are 200,200 size, but some are
biggger
