[vtkusers] Bugs vtkStructuredGrid::IsPointVisible

I cannot manage to use IsPointVisible with my program.
It makes it hang. Is there special things to do : I try to mask 
unvalued (x,y) by blanking them, and then test if they are 
blanked. but every call to isPointVisible() or 
GetPointsVisibility() leads to crash.

I use blankingOn before calls.

Also, I noticed a bug report in the mailing list from 1999, explaining that structuredGrid is not blanking correct points.
has it been fixed ?
