[vtkusers] Pro. Windows Install

Hi,

I built all the package by using PcMaker but i've got lots of problems
when using the Widgets examples.
Is there any kind of  "--with-tkwidget" (like in unix compilation)?
Why doesn´t vtkTkImageWindowWidget appears on python makefile?
