[vtkusers] Using VTK 4.0 with C++Builder 5

Hi,

I am building VTK 4 nightly with Borland Builder 5 on Windows 2000.  You can
(usually) see the nightly experimental build for Proximal.CRU on the vtk
dashboard.  I
have helped some others with getting going on Builder 5 and I can send you
some
e-mail summaries on what to do if you like.  I also have a VCL component
that
encapsulates a vtkRenderWindow, vtkRenderer and vtkRenderWindowInteractor
window based on http://www.skippingmouse.co.uk/vtk/ .
