[vtkusers] vtkNormals in VTK4?

greetings,

what happened to vtkNormals in VTK4?  It is in the
documentation but not in the source code at all.

I like to display a set of point clouds using
cone-Glyph to show the point normal.  Can anyone
please suggest a pipeline for it?
