[vtkusers] VTK and QT questions

I am using the "vtkandqt" code for the renderwindow and 
renderwindowinteractor.

I don't know too much about it.  What I would like to do is put a render 
window into a "form" and/or put it into a QT MDI application.

Is this possible or do you have to have a window for rendering and a window 
for widgets?

Does anyone have sample code for running a render window in a QT form?

I am using VTK version 3.2 and QT version 3.0.3
