Hi Mahmoud-

C# usage is possible with the commercial product ActiViz/COM available from 
Kitware http://www.kitware.com/products/activiz/activizCOM.html. There are 
two versions of the software available: a single seat developer license 
($350) or an author and unlimited distribute license ($5000).
