[vtkusers] Install doesn't install vtkVRML.h and vtk3DS.h

I just noticed that (in my version of) Vtk 4.x, "make install" doesn't
install vtkVRML.h and vtk3DS.h to the include directory. This makes
compilation of the respective importers fail.

If this has been fixed already; forget I said it.
