[vtkusers] Stereo Renderer with Crystal Eyes support

I haven't been able to get crystal eyes style
stereo working. I was wondering if somebody had a 
very bare bones script that I could look at that 
is known to work with crystal eyes glasses on
thier system?

I was also wondering -- is it possible to forward
a stereo X window to another system? Does stereo 
have to be configured at compile time somehow?

Any help would be much appreciated!
