[vtkusers] resize window problem

Which GUI toolkit are you using?  Which version of VTK?

Also, resizing the window is not something that people do all the time
so if it does flicker most folks will not be too bothered.  OTOH if
rotating the actor causes flicker then that will be an important
issue.
