[vtkusers] problem with vtkMarchingCubes.h

vtkMatchingCube is patented class, which is not
included in the pre-compiled package, you either will
have to download the entire source code to compile vtk
on your own machine, or you can add someone else' file
to your vtk folder.  
If you have a newer machine with a good process and
memory, it will take an hour or more to compile the
vtk, if your machine is kind of old, let me know, I
will send you the existing file, so you may try to see
if you get it work on your machine.
