[vtkusers] help:how to convert from imagedata to polydata?

hi,I want to read slice data by vtkImageReader,and change it to polydata.I
have tried to use vtkImageToPolydataFilter and
vtkStructuredPointsToPolyDataFilter,but failed.can you teach me how to do
it?
