[vtkusers] no class found error

After the java library is built I am getting NoClassFound exception:

Exception occurred during event dispatching:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: vtk/vtkDataArray
        at com.staarinc.FEM.JMeshViewPanel.<init>(JMeshViewPanel.java:24)
        at com.staarinc.FEM.JResult.createMeshViewPanel(JResult.java:85)
What else should I do in order to run my code with java. Should I spesify the classpath for java?
