[vtkusers] lookuptable problem

Hi,
  Is there anybody has experienced the messy lookuptable ? my scalarbar
has all the colors repeat a pattern, same does the output of actor, so I
assume the problem lies on lookuptable... any suggestion ?? Thanks!
