[vtkusers] about vtk3.2 win32 samples

hi
I'm a new user of vtk. Here are some problems.
I use vtk3.2 in Windows ME,and  the example "test.cxx"
works well and can support interactive operation such
as mouse button moving for rotation .
But the "sample" can only show the windows and read
data files, but not support interaction like the test.
Why?
And how to solve it.
