[vtkusers] SetCenter for ConeSource!

Whoops, a little heads-up was delivered to me by Mathieu Malaterre.
The CVS version of vtkConeSource does have a SetCenter method.  I
checked the CVS logs and it looks like it was added March 30, 2002.
