[vtkusers] Patented classes

Dear Kitware team members:

We have developed a non-commercial Matlab package that uses the marching
cubes function in the patented class, hence it requires the patented
libraries along with the others to function properly. Could we distribute
all the vtk library files with our package for non-commercial use or would
users of our package have to recompile it themselves?
