[vtkusers] Problems compiling vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor.h

Hello,
    I am using VC++ to build my application on win2k.
I was using vtkRenderWindowInteractor.h and all was working well.
    Now since I would like to capture mouse events, I discovered the
vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor class.

However, when I changed to the new file, I get tons of compilation errors
all in the vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor.h header file.

Any ideas of how this can be cured?
