[vtkusers] Installation Instructions for Unix

We have noticed that there has generally been difficulty 
installing CMake and VTK on UNIX platforms.  Here at 
NIST/Boulder we have successfully installed both
programs.  We have written "Howto" documents for 
both the installation and running of CMake and VTK.  
Attached is compressed tar file containing
our "Howto" documents.  Perhaps these documents 
will give some insight to the people
having UNIX installation problems.
