[vtkusers] Interfacing Matlab with vtk using Java and C++

For those of you who are heavy users of MatLab and would like to interface with
vtk, Satrajit Ghosh has put up a web page where we describe how to do this for
Java and using Mex/c++. So far this has only been tested under Windows...if
folks on other platforms want to add additional instructions let me know.
