[vtkusers] VTK and MFC

Hi Amer,
I still didn't switch to vtk 4.0, I'm still using vtk3.2.
However, if you want to see simple examples, the
MFC sample application that I wrote when I first
started using vtk is good enough. It basically
implements several examples found with vtk inside
the document/view architecture of MFC.

The MFC project can be found in
http://asad.ods.org/Downloads/MaceMFC.zip

The name is deceiving, it contains examples other
than the mace.
