[vtkusers] Compiling on MacOS X

Peter,

Make sure that you are not 'using x-windows' in you cmakecache.txt and 
that the quartz switch is on.

Also, make sure you have the latest sources for both cmake and VTK from 
cvs.

If you still have trouble with that, let me know, and I'll send you my 
CMakeCache.txt
