[vtkusers] Man pages for VTK 3.2

Thanks, that was helpful as I was just looking for the documentation of 4.0 and
found it there as well.

Given that it's a big file, and that I want to add local classes - how could I
generate it myself for vtk 4.0? Which version of doxygen is needed these days,
and what is the collaboration with cmake? Is there a simple step-by-step guide,
as there was for 3.2?
