[vtkusers] missing vtk.h?

In the Release Canidate for vtk4.0, vtk.h and the the two headers it usually 
includes, have gone missing. Is there some install option to turn this on? 
Should I switch to a nightly build.

I am new to programming in VTK, and am upgrading code not written by myself. I 
have looked in the FAQ and the Upgrading.zip, but have not found the answers.

Sorry for the repeat emails, but I'm hoping that a better subject might get a 
helpful response.
